Lead times, minimum order quantities, limited lengths, and questionable quality has driven the need for us to become a manufacturer of copper and fiber jumpers. Having started as a onetime effort to resolve a specific customer issue, this segment of our business continues to grow. We now house a full cable manufacturing shop. DS-3, multi-pair harnesses, UTP category 5e/6 and other copper cables can be custom made to your specifications. A full line of 50 or 62.5 multimode, and 8.3 singlemode optical fiber is available in multiple grades. All cables can be made to custom length with various connectors with same or next day delivery. Stock cables are also available in standard lengths and connector types.
Copper
While there are still some cost efficiencies and warranty advantages gained by obtaining copper products produced by our structured cable partners, our service still remains valid in specific instances as it relates to length, lead-time, and type.
Fiber
Manufacturing of fiber patch cables is the clear driver of the purpose built space within our facility. Offering connectors of ST/SC/LC and fiber types of OM1/OM3/SM2 we have the ability to build specific cables and in some cases offer same day delivery.
We also offer recertification services. Cables that were once in production and removed without being coiled neatly with protection boots replaced are processed for reuse. What was a cardboard box of used, suspect fiber is inspected/re-polished/ tested and returned neatly coiled with an inventory sheet at a fractional cost of new cables.
